Analytics

The Analytics page goes beyond the dashboard KPI cards with deeper reports across a customisable time period.

Time period selector

Pick 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days at the top of the page. Every chart and metric on the page recomputes against the selected window.

Top-line metrics

Four headline numbers across the top:

  • Total conversations in the period
  • Total leads captured
  • Total messages exchanged (visitor + bot combined)
  • Conversion rate — leads divided by conversations

Plus:

  • Average messages per conversation — useful for spotting whether visitors are getting answers quickly or going back and forth

Charts

Daily conversations

Bar chart of conversation starts per day across your selected window. Useful for spotting traffic patterns — for example, weekday vs weekend, or campaign spikes.

Leads by source

Breakdown of where your leads came from — which widget, which form, or inferred from chat. Helps you see which widget is pulling its weight.

Intent distribution

Sam classifies every visitor message into an intent bucket:

  • General info — the visitor is asking a question
  • Callback request — visitor asked to be called back
  • Lead capture — visitor entered contact details
  • Out of scope — visitor asked something Sam can’t answer

This chart shows the relative share of each intent in the period.

When to use Analytics vs the Overview

  • Use the Overview for “How is Sam doing right now?”
  • Use Analytics for “How has Sam done over the last 90 days, and what trends do I see?”

Plan availability

Analytics is included on every plan. Trial accounts have access for the 7-day trial period.
